I will be joining Yoga Kendra for their Spring Retreat at Nature Shelter Hotel, doing kirtan at the fireplace.

We are going back to Nature Shelter Hotel for another retreat!

When: Saturday 23rd of April-Sunday 24th of April
Cost: 3400kr single occupancy, 3100kr shared occupancy

We will enjoy amazing food all weekend (vegetarian and vegan options are available of course). There will be lots of yoga with Henrik so be prepared to move your body. 

We are bringing the fabulous Jakob Weise who will be holding kirtans by the fireplace! To learn more about Jakob, go to his website at www.jakobweise.dk

Weather permitting, we will walk in nature and swim in the water for those that want to. There is also a sauna available at the hotel.

We start at 9:30 am on Saturday at Nature Shelter Hotel and return home on Sunday around 15:00. We will coordinate transportation within the group.

There will be limited amount of spaces so book to make sure you get to come along!
